The food trucks have dressed squares and public places in Caracas and other cities in Venezuela with color and flavor, with gastronomic wonders that delight palates.

Alexander Gómez lived 10 years outside of Venezuela, but decided to return with the vision of the food truckers that are in the southern United States. Along with this initiative, the Foodtruck Caracas Power Civil Association was founded, in order to recover places in the city.

The partners of this company are the members of a married couple, Lisseth Correa and her husband, two professionals who want to do something beyond a traditional desk job. This undertake offers a mini environment in the best European style that allows diners to taste and enjoy.
- Food Factory Truck
The 4 partners of this truck have a great preparation as cooks: one of them is his chef from the Cosme restaurant in New York, another works in the city of Miami; and the rest of the team is concentrated in Caracas. The company is halfway between Venezuela and the United States.
Mexican, Peruvian and even Japanese specialties are also included in this festival of food on wheels that is enjoyed every weekend in Caracas.
